Cheyenne Raptors Baseball herein referred to as CRB. What follows is CRB's online privacy policy, which governs personal information gathered on our Internet sites ( and but not the sites of any affilitates, sponsors or advertisers.

CRB's Commitment to Online Security
Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. CRB encrypts billing information wherever CRB requests it. All CRB agents, contractors, staff, volunteers and associates with access to personal information obtained on the CRB web sites are also bound to adhere to this policy.

CRB collects personal information online, including names, postal and e-mail addresses, phone and facsimile numbers, billing information, physical mailing addresses and information pertinent to the particpation in CRB programs and or programs required by CRB in the normal course of conduct for the organization. CRB may also collect personal information from parents and partcipants as needed.

CRB does not knowingly collect or maintain any personal information from children under the age of 13. In addition, no part of our sites are designed with the purpose of attracting any person under age 13.

How CRB Uses Personal Information Collected Online
Unless you otherwise consent, we will use your personal information only for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your complaints, and process requests related to program participation, and we will use such information to provide occasional notices, weather updates, event locations, directions or other pertinent information required to disseminate to our participating members. At certain points where personal information is collected on our site, there may be a box where you may indicate you would like to be on a mailing list to receive information about other CRB programs and services and about ways to support the CRB including but not limited to volunteer time and positions. This election box only appears in places where the department collecting personal information maintains such lists. Information submitted to CRB may be shared only with the staff, volunteers, members, coaches and or affiliated organizations which require your information prior to participation in any of CRB's programs or scheduled events.

We never sell or rent your personal information.

  • Where release is required by law (for example, a subpoena) or regulation or is requested by a government agency;
  • In the event any fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a governmental agency should be made aware of;
